On January 4, 2011, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release containing a letter to its shareholders from Pattye L. Moore, Chair of the Company’s Board of Directors, and Stephen E. Carley, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer (the “Shareholder Letter”). The Shareholder Letter was issued to, among other things, highlight certain actions undertaken by the Company in 2010 and provide a brief overview of the Company’s strategic initiatives for 2011. A copy of this press release containing the Shareholder Letter is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference into this Item 7.01.
