Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On March 20, 2019, Beverly K. Carmichael informed Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. (the “Company”) that she is resigning from her employment with the Company effective as of April 5, 2019. Ms. Carmichael has served as Executive Vice President and Chief People, Culture and Resource Officer of the Company since December 2017.
