Red Robin Gourmet Burgers Continues Arizona Expansion With Opening of Tempe Location

Grand opening to benefit the Tempe Fire Department through Burgers With A Heart(R) fundraiser

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo., July 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. (Nasdaq: RRGB) (Red Robin), will open its 14th Arizona restaurant in Tempe on Monday, Aug. 6, at 11 a.m. The Tempe Towne Lake Red Robin(R) restaurant is located at 19 South McClintock Drive, South of the 202 on McClintock Drive. Red Robin is a casual dining restaurant chain focused on serving an innovative selection of high-quality gourmet burgers in a family-friendly atmosphere.

As part of its grand opening celebrations, Red Robin will host a Burgers With A Heart(R) fundraiser to benefit the Tempe Fire Department. Through the event, Red Robin will donate 50 cents from every gourmet burger sold during grand opening week, August 6 to 12, to the Tempe Fire Department. The money raised will help support the Fire Prevention and Life Safety Fund that ensures the community is well prepared for a fire.

The Tempe Towne Lake Red Robin(R) restaurant is 6,350 square feet and will seat 210 guests in a 100 percent smoke-free environment. In addition, it will include a 518 square foot patio that seats 32 guests. Red Robin has 10 additional restaurants in Arizona including two locations in Mesa and Phoenix, and one location in Peoria, Chandler, Avondale, Scottsdale, Prescott and Surprise. In addition, Red Robin has three Arizona locations owned by franchisees; one in Tempe and Tucson owned by Tucson Robinhood, Inc. and one location in Lake Havasu City owned by Arizona Food Line, Inc.
