Red Robin Gourmet Burgers Heats Up Summer With New Seasonal Features

Flavorful Burgers, a New Salad and Refreshing Beverages Offer Guests a Variety of Fresh Flavors

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo., May 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. (Red Robin), announced today that all Red Robin(R) restaurants will feature new items this summer that emphasize great flavor combinations and demonstrate the casual dining restaurant chain's commitment to providing variety and originality to its guests. Red Robin is focused on serving an innovative selection of high-quality gourmet burgers, appetizers, entrees, salads and beverages in a family-friendly atmosphere.

The new menu items will be featured on table cubes and banners in every Red Robin(R) restaurant from Tuesday, May 15 through Sunday, July 15, 2007. The new menu items include the:

    *  Apple Harvest Chicken Salad -- Fresh field greens tossed with juicy
       grilled chicken, diced apples, candied walnuts and Goat cheese.  Topped
       with sliced apples and a dijon vinaigrette.

    *  Blackened Chicken Burger -- A spicy, tender blackened chicken breast,
       topped with Chipotle mayo, Pepper-Jack cheese, red onion, green leaf
       lettuce and tomato.  Served on a sesame seed bun.

    *  Adrianna's Spicy Asian Burger -- From kid-chef and winner of "The Next
       Gourmet Burger Kids Contest," nine-year-old Adrianna Montgomery.  A
       juicy burger basted with a blend of wasabi-ginger and teriyaki sauces,
       Napa cabbage, green leaf lettuce, sesame seeds and fried wonton strips.
       Served on a sesame seed bun.

"These three new menu items, including the winning gourmet burger from 'The Next Gourmet Burger Kids Contest,' incorporate new flavors and high-quality ingredients for our guests to enjoy," said David Woolley, executive sous chef and culinary manager for Red Robin.

In addition to the new burgers and salad, Red Robin is introducing new refreshing beverages this summer, including:

    *  Kool Kiwi Limeade -- A cool blend of kiwi and lime syrups topped with
       Sprite(R) and fresh squeezed limes.

    *  Fruit Mojitos -- Including classic, raspberry, pineapple and mango
       flavors.  A refreshing blend of Cruzan(R) Estate Light Rum, lime juice,
       fresh mint and a lime wedge are shaken and topped with club soda.
