Red Robin Gourmet Burgers Continues North Carolina Expansion With Opening of Mooresville Location

Grand Opening to Benefit the Mooresville Fire Department Through Burgers With A Heart(R) Fundraiser

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo., April 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc., (Red Robin), will open its 11th North Carolina restaurant in Mooresville on Monday, May 7, at 11 a.m. The Mooresville Red Robin(R) restaurant is located at 613 River Highway, across from Target Plaza. Red Robin is a casual dining restaurant chain focused on serving an innovative selection of high-quality gourmet burgers in a family-friendly atmosphere.

As part of its grand opening celebration, Red Robin will host a Burgers With A Heart(R) fundraiser to benefit the Mooresville Fire Department. Through the event, Red Robin will donate 50 cents from every gourmet burger sold during grand opening week, May 7 to 13, to the Mooresville Fire Department. The money raised will go towards the fire department's Children's Burn Fund.

"On behalf of the Mooresville Fire Department, I would like to thank Red Robin for choosing to support us during its opening week celebration," said Dave Brooks, assistant fire marshal for the Mooresville Fire Department. "This donation will help fund a week long camp for children who have been seriously burned by fire."
