Red Robin Gourmet Burgers Blossoms Into Spring With New Seasonal Features

Flavorful Burgers, a New Wrap and Beverages Offer Guests a Variety of Fresh Flavors

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo., Feb. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. (Red Robin), announced today that all Red Robin(R) restaurants will feature new items that emphasize great flavor combinations and demonstrate the casual dining restaurant chain's commitment to providing variety and originality to its guests. Red Robin is focused on serving an innovative selection of high-quality gourmet burgers, appetizers, entrees, salads and beverages in a family-friendly atmosphere.

The new menu items will be featured on table cubes and banners in every Red Robin(R) restaurant from Tuesday, February 27 through Sunday, April 22, 2007. The new menu items include the:

    *  Mo-Cheese-Mo Burger -- A cheese-lover's dream.  A char-broiled burger
       patty topped with Swiss, Provolone, Parmesan and Bleu cheeses.
       Garnished with green leaf lettuce, tomato, red onion and garlic mayo on
       rustic ciabatta bread.

    *  Bruschetta Chicken Burger -- Perfectly grilled whole chicken breast
       with freshly prepared bruschetta salsa, pesto aioli, Provolone cheese,
       shredded romaine lettuce and balsamic cream on rustic ciabatta bread.

    *  Buzzard Chicken Wrap -- Chicken breast tenders tossed in a fiery
       cayenne pepper sauce, celery, carrots, romaine lettuce, crumbled Bleu
       cheese and Bleu cheese dressing rolled into a warm jalapeno-cheese
       flour tortilla.  Served with fresh melon and Bottomless Steak Fries(R).

In addition to the new burgers and wrap, Red Robin is introducing three new refreshing beverages this spring, including:

    *  Mandarin Mayhem Limeade -- A tangy mandarin orange limeade is the
       result of combining Torani(R) mandarin orange and lime syrups,
       lemon-lime soda and fresh squeezed limes.

    *  Mayan Mango Smoothie -- A tropical blend of coconut cream, pineapple
       juice, mango and vanilla cream.  One sip and you're on your own island.

    *  Swaggering Starfish -- A tropical blend of Captain Morgan(R) Original
       Spiced Rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice and mango.
