Red Robin Gourmet Burgers Names Wes Garnett Vice President of Team Member Resources
Garnett Joins Team With Extensive Restaurant Human Resources Experience
GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo., Jan. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. (Red Robin), announced Wes Garnett has been named its new vice president of Team Member Resources. Red Robin is a casual dining restaurant chain focused on serving an innovative selection of high-quality gourmet burgers in a family-friendly atmosphere.
As vice president of Team Member Resources, Garnett will oversee Red Robin's recruitment and retention, and succession planning. He will also be responsible for diversity training, compensation and benefits, risk management and overall Team Member relations.
Garnett has more than 25 years of proven experience analyzing, strategizing and leading organizations in the restaurant industry. His extensive restaurant career includes serving as senior vice president of Buca Di Beppo, vice president of human resources and training at Taco Johns, vice president of human resources and training at Den America Restaurants and vice president of human resources at Black-eyed Pea. Garnett received his master's and bachelor's degrees in education from Utah State University.
